Description
I think this is my favorite Atticus Vineyard Rosé so far and I am so happy to share it with you! Made with Dijon 777 clone from BLK 5 harvested on September 8th, this wine is so pretty and bright, full of white peaches, grapefruit and tropical notes. We have continued with our program of zero skin contact so the color is a very pale coral. The wine underwent primary fermentation in 2 neutral oak barrels and 1 stainless steel drum and did not go through secondary fermentation in order to retain the beautiful bright acidity. It is mouth-watering and delicious. Only 50 cases are available. 12.7% alcohol. SOLD OUT
